Life is full of challenges.  Many times those challenges cause us to doubt ourselves and others, lose hope, lose confidence, and even lose faith. Many times our perceptions lead us down a road that we never anticipated to travel upon. Mysti's passion is to help individuals find their inner strength and confidence to move through their emotional experiences.

Mysti counsels adolescents (14+), individuals, and couples. She treats individuals walking with depression & anxiety, bipolar, grief and loss, self esteem, self harm, communication skills, anger issues, relationship issues, and life transitions.

Since earning her degree from Dallas Baptist University in 2011, Mysti has had the opportunity to work for two non-profit agencies: The Samaritan Inn, a transitional homeless shelter for residents of Collin County and Child & Family Guidance Center, an agency providing mental health services to children, individuals, and families.

Mysti has also had the opportunity to work in an inpatient psychiatric treatment facility working with adolescents and adults struggling with severe depression, anxiety, addiction, and suicidal/ homicidal ideation. In January of 2019, she became the Counseling Team Lead at The Samaritan Inn and continues to provide counseling services to the residents along with supervising Graduate students working toward their counseling degree and license.

Mysti is also a board certified LPC-Supervisor who enjoys working with LPC-Associates to help them grow professionally.
