Embrace Grace Counseling Services, PLLC is a mental health counseling practice focused on serving children, teens, adults, and couples. Here at Embrace Grace Counseling Services, we strive to create a safe place, free of judgement, where you can be unapologetically yourself. We have a heart for counseling adolescents, teens, and adults in all phases of life specifically those struggling with depression, grief, anxiety, men's issues, trauma, life transitions and more.
Our therapists specialize in children, teen, adult, and couples counseling serving Allen, McKinney, Plano, Wylie and surrounding areas in Collin and Dallas County. Additionally, we offer virtual sessions statewide.

Mysti counsels adolescents (14+), individuals, and couples. She treats individuals walking with depression & anxiety, bipolar, grief and loss, self esteem, self harm, communication skills, anger issues, relationship issues, and life transitions.

Thomas counsels adolescents (15+), adults and couples. He specializes in depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, life transitions, and men's issues,.

Melissa counsels children and adults struggling through various crises, including: grief, ADHD, interpersonal relationships, sexuality, identity, regulating emotions, self harm, and trauma.

Bekah enjoys counseling children (8+) , adolescents, and adults who are navigating grief, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and life transitions. She also has a heart for counseling family members of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
